{{label}}We know the past few months haven’t been easy for you. We understand that some of our policyholders may be facing financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is why we launched the Support Programme to help our customers who are in need. The programme will extend the grace period for payment of premiums due up to 180 calendar days for customers who are financially affected by COVID-19, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
We want you to know that we are here to provide the support you need and ensure you remain covered, so you have peace of mind.
Premium payments will be deferred for the duration of the Extended Grace Period.
No interest charged on *deferred premiums for the duration of the Extended Grace Period.
Flexible payment options for *deferred premiums, including pay in instalments or apply to extend EGP by another 180 calendar days (subject to assessment).
During EGP, customers also have a choice to make payments in multiples of the regular premium amount.
*Deferred does not mean that the premiums are waived.
CHECK IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SUPPORT
Your policy must be an individual life and/or health insurance plan. Note that the support program is not applicable to Universal Life and Platinum Heritage plans.
Your policy renewal or premium due date is between 1 April 2020 and 31 March 2021 (both dates inclusive).

OUTCOME OF EGP APPLICATION
We will write to you on the result of your application within 5 working days. You may also receive an email or SMS to view the notification letter on My AIA SG.
