Chief Partnership Distribution Officer
Mr. Kelvin Kua is the Chief Partnership Distribution Officer of AIA Singapore. He leads the team to continually expand and strengthen the partnership distribution network. This includes driving the company's in-branch sales expertise, point-of-sale technology as well as the expansion of the comprehensive product range to AIA Singapore's bancassurance partners.
Kenneth Tan
Chief Corporate Solutions Officer
Mr. Kenneth Tan is the Chief Corporate Solutions Officer of AIA Singapore. He oversees AIA Singapore's Corporate Solutions business which provides comprehensive employee benefits programmes for companies and their employees across Singapore. He is responsible for driving sustainable growth strategies and implementing business critical initiatives to strengthen AIA Singapore's market leadership in employee insurance. This also includes adding new capabilities for AIA Singapore through innovative business development initiatives.
Irma Hadikusuma
Chief Marketing and Proposition Officer
An accomplished veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Irma Hadikusuma is the Chief Marketing and Proposition Officer of AIA Singapore. Under her leadership, the Marketing and Proposition function is set to propel the enterprise customer-focused agenda. This strategically integrated function will harness the synergy of AIA Singapore's brand and customer value proposition in delivering a curation of market differentiated, innovative health and wealth strategy, setting AIA Singapore apart to deliver its commitment of helping our community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
Tan Kian Loy
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Tan Kian Loy is the Chief Operations Officer of AIA Singapore. Drawing on his extensive experience in the industry, Kian Loy is driving the use of digital tools and expanding AIA Singapore's customer-centric service proposition. In addition, he is responsible for overseeing operations, including customer service, policy services, underwriting and claims departments.
Khoo Kay Hwee
Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Khoo Kay Hwee is the Chief Risk Officer, overseeing both the risk and compliance functions for AIA Singapore. He is responsible for strengthening and embedding the enterprise risk management framework, as well as implementation of the compliance framework and programmes for the company. He is a qualified actuary and has extensive experience in the life insurance industry, in both the private and public sectors.
Liu Chunyen
Chief Investment Officer
Ms. Liu Chunyen is the Chief Investment Officer responsible for spearheading the success of the company's investment strategies. This includes developing and enhancing AIA Singapore's Strategic Asset Allocation, Asset Liability Management, and product development processes. A veteran in the life insurance Industry, she will also drive AIA Singapore's continued strong investment performance and elevate its service standards through close collaborations with AIA Investment Management Private Limited (AIAIM), the Singapore-based asset management company responsible for dealings, regionally as well as specialist fund management efforts exclusive for AIA Group businesses.

Ms. Aileen Tan is Chief Human Resources Officer of AIA Singapore. She drives the development and execution of AIA Singapore's HR strategy to support the company's business growth, focusing on talent and leadership development, succession planning, as well as organisational and performance management. Ms. Penny Koo is the General Counsel and Company Secretary of AIA Singapore. As part of the AIA Singapore management team, Penny supports the company's continued business growth and transformational strategies with her legal expertise and strong track record, delivering success across the Group. She is responsible for all legal and corporate secretarial matters and leads her team in providing strategic legal advice and commercial-minded, practical legal solutions for AIA Singapore and its subsidiaries.

Ms. Peggy Quek is the Chief Executive Officer of AIA International Wealth (AIA IW). A veteran in the financial industry, Peggy is responsible for overseeing and managing AIA IW sales and operations in Singapore. In addition, she leads the team to drive AIA Singapore's wealth management strategy, build its capabilities and enhance its offerings to the regional affluent and high net worth customers.

Tan Hak Leh
Director & Chairman of the Board
Mr Tan Hak Leh is the Chairman of the AIA Singapore Board and Regional Chief Executive of the AIA Group, responsible for the Group's businesses operating in Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and Sri Lanka. Prior to his appointment as Regional Chief Executive, he was the Chief Executive Officer of AIA's operation in Thailand. He was Group Chief Risk Officer in 2015 and Chief Executive Officer of AIA Singapore from 2011 to 2015.
Hak Leh has played an active role in the life insurance industry since 2005. His appointments include President of the Life Insurance Association, Singapore from 2010 to 2013, Vice Chair of Singapore College of Insurance from 2011 to 2013 and Vice President of Thailand Life Assurance Association from 2017 to 2018. He was also a board member of Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd from 2008 to 2015.

Jayne Plunkett

Ms Jayne Plunkett is the AIA Group Chief Risk Officer responsible for the Group's risk and compliance functions. She is also a director of various companies within the Group, including AIA Company Limited. Prior to joining the AIA Group, Jayne was with Swiss Re, where she was most recently Chief Executive Officer, Reinsurance Asia, Regional President Asia and member of the Group Executive Committee.
During her time with Swiss Re, she had held several senior positions including Head of Casualty Underwriting for Asia and Division Head Casualty Reinsurance. Prior to that, she was with GE Insurance Solutions.

Board Risk Committee ("BRC")
The BRC has the responsibility to assist the Board in determining the Risk Appetite (including the Risk Appetite Statement), Risk Principles and Risk Tolerances, and to ensure that the Company, its subsidiaries and branch establish and maintain an appropriate and effective Risk Management framework, and that sufficient resources are in place for risk management activities.
The BRC is responsible for the review and monitoring of any changes to risk policies, any material breaches and exposures, significant transactions, as well as the results of any future-looking analysis, such as stress and scenario testing. The BRC is further responsible for establishing and embedding a strong risk culture across the Company, its subsidiaries and branch.
