Note: Private AQHP specialists and all specialist doctors from Public Hospitals and National Specialty Centres (such as National Heart Centre Singapore, National Cancer Centre Singapore, Singapore National Eye Centre, etc.) are considered as AIA Preferred Providers (AIA panel of specialists) for AIA HealthShield Gold Max.

How can I make an appointment?

STEP 3

Enjoy negotiated AQHP outpatient consultation rates

Simply present your AIA HealthShield e-Card (accessible via the AIA+ app) when you register at the clinic.
STEP 4

Choose your preferred AIA Partner Facility

After your doctor has assessed and diagnosed your medical condition, they may recommend a course of treatment based on your needs.
 
If hospitalisation or treatment is required, you should discuss with your doctor regarding your options vis-a-vis the most appropriate facility for your treatment, which you may consider choosing from our list of AIA Partner Facilities.

Services and products provided by AIA Quality Healthcare Partners specialists (AQHP), AIA Preferred Providers (APP), AIA Partner Facilities ("APF") and Extended Partner Facilities ("EPF") are not contractual benefits provided by AIA Singapore Private Limited ("AIA"). AQHP, APP APF and EPF are independent third-party companies.
 
AIA reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate and/or withdraw the services and/or products any time for any reason without notice.
 
AIA shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any act, omission, advice or information that is given, or statements made by AQHP, APP, AFP, EPF or other persons (including healthcare providers) arising from or in connection with the provision of the medical services, products, any other services provided by AQHP, APP, AFP and EPF. Your use of the services or products is entirely at your own risk, and AIA is not responsible or liable for any delays, disruptions or inability to use the services or products for any reason, or for any loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services or products.
 
The availability of the services and products provided by AQHP, APP, AFP and EPF does not mean that the medical bill(s) will be automatically claimable. Claims eligibility will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable AIA insurance plans.
 
We will try our best to arrange an appointment with your preferred AQHP specialist within 3 working days. Please note that is a value-added service which may be withdrawn or discontinued by AIA at any time for any reason. There may be times when more than 3 working days would be required to arrange an appointment or your preferred specialist may be unavailable, in which event an alternative specialist will be appointed.
 
  • Consultation or treatment with any AQHP specialists does not mean that the bills will be claimable. Claims eligibility will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the AIA HealthShield Gold Max policy. 
  • For AIA HealthShield Gold Max B and B Lite policy holders, should you choose to use the services and/or products of an AQHP or private hospitals, all eligible expenses (except outpatient benefits) will be pro-rated. For AIA HealthShield Gold Max B policy holders only, outpatient expenses exceeding outpatient benefit limits will also be pro-rated (pro-ration factor will only be applied to the excess amount). For AIA HealthShield Gold Max C policy holders, your hospital bill will be covered up to your benefit limits and only eligible expenses under surgical benefit will be pro-rated if incurred with AQHP or in a private hospital. 
  • Negotiated AQHP outpatient consultation fees are not applicable to Public / Restructured Hospitals or National Specialty Centres (such as National Heart Centre Singapore, National Cancer Centre Singapore, Singapore National Eye Centre, etc.) and selected AQHPs.  
Collection and Use of Personal Data: Any and all personal data provided to us will be used to ascertain your eligibility to access the services and other information herein. The collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal data is subject to the AIA Privacy Policy Statement (Singapore), to which you agree and accept. AIA reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate and/or withdraw the value-added services any time or for any reason without notice.
 
The insurance plans are underwritten by AIA Singapore Private Limited (Reg. No. 201106386R). All insurance applications are subject to AIA's underwriting and acceptance. This is not a contract of insurance. You are advised to read the policy contract for the precise terms and conditions of the plan.
 
These policies are protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please contact your insurer or visit the GIA/LIA or SDIC websites (www.gia.org.sg or www.lia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg).
