This telemedicine service is not a contractual benefit provided by AIA Singapore Private Limited ("AIA"). AIA reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate and/or withdraw this value-added service any time or for any reason without notice.
 
WhiteCoat is an independent third-party company. AIA shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any act, omission, advice or information that is given, or statements made by WhiteCoat or other persons (including healthcare providers) arising from or in connection with the provision of the medical services, products, any other value-added services provided by WhiteCoat or any marketing activities conducted by WhiteCoat.
 
The negotiated rates and any AIA campaign with WhiteCoat, are only applicable to customers insured by AIA. 
 
  • To be entitled to the benefit, customers insured by AIA must use their AIA profile in the WhiteCoat App for the consultation.  
  • Please note that the negotiated rates exclude GST, medication or delivery charges (where applicable).  
  • Any and all consultation fees, medication, medical tests, imaging and examination, or any other charges imposed by WhiteCoat shall be fully borne by the policyholder/insured.  
  • Medical information will not be disclosed by the service provider to us. However, should you require Specialist Referral Service via the AIA Appointment Team, you will need to give your consent via WhiteCoat to disclose the necessary information required for this Service.  
The availability of the telemedicine service does not mean that the medical bill(s) will be automatically claimable. Claims eligibility will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable AIA insurance plans.
 
Collection and Use of Personal Data: Any and all personal data provided to us will be used to ascertain your eligibility to access the services and other information herein. The collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal data is subject to the AIA Personal Data Policy (Singapore), to which you agree and accept.
 
The insurance plans are underwritten by AIA Singapore Private Limited (Reg. No. 201106386R). All insurance applications are subject to AIA's underwriting and acceptance. This is not a contract of insurance. You are advised to read the policy contract for the precise terms and conditions of the plan.
 
These policies are protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please contact your insurer or visit the GIA/LIA or SDIC websites (www.gia.org.sg or www.lia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg).
