AIA shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any act, omission, advice or information that is given, or statements made by SGH or other persons (including healthcare providers) arising from or in connection with the provision of the medical services, products, any other value-added services provided by SGH or any marketing activities conducted by SGH.

The collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal data is subject to the AIA Personal Data Policy (Singapore), to which you agree and accept. The insurance plans are underwritten by AIA Singapore Private Limited (Reg. No. 201106386R). All insurance applications are subject to AIA's underwriting and acceptance. This is not a contract of insurance. You are advised to read the policy contract for the precise terms and conditions of the plan.
 
These policies are protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
